4 | To ratify the following motions: | |
a. | Funding for leaflet on support contacts in Covid crisis – £80.
Agreed unanimously. |

b. | Suspension of burial ground fees, excluding purchase of Exclusive Rights.
Agreed unanimously. The clerk noted that there have been no interments over the lockdown period. However, there have been two enquiries in the last two weeks, both of which have been charged the full fees. To be reviewed at the November meeting. |

c. | Litter Warden salary increase to include national minimum wage increase.

d. | Suspension of Annual Meeting until May 2021, with all post holders remaining in place until then (as a result of guidance from NALC and HALC).

e. | Donation to Church and School food bank/uniform supply – £500.
Agreed unanimously. The Clerk confirmed that the uniform supply will be via a voucher scheme. No cash is being given directly to users of the funding. |

f. | Pay the hall rent for Little Apples during the Covid crisis, until such time as they return to normal service. Review monthly.
Agreed unanimously. The Clerk has contacted Little Apples, who have confirmed that they will be open as normal from September. Therefore, they will now pay the hall hire bill themselves. |

g. | Grant request from Little Apples for £400 towards replacing the fence around the enclosed play area
Agreed unanimously. |

h. | Recall of £3500 funds from Clift Meadow Trust for the now cancelled village fete.

i. | £1000 Grant to Tadley Citizens Advice
Agreed unanimously. |

j. | Grant application for £350 from Knitted Bramley for start-up costs for community project

k. | Approval for letter of complaint to BDBC re planning officer’s behaviour and lack of action on s.106 matters relating to the Minchens Lane development
Agreed unanimously. The letter was submitted, and members are engaging directly with the new Head of Planning at BDBC. Cllr Tomblin gave an update – enforcement officer Janine Wright is organising a meeting onsite with the developer and the PC on 15th September. |

l. | To send a letter to HCC Highways requesting that they review the verge trimming schedule, allowing some verges to grow untrimmed. This would promote biodiversity.
Agreed unanimously. The letter was submitted. HCC Highways responded that they do not cover most of the verges in Bramley – these are often done by local landowners. HCC will not be changing their current practices. |

m. | To purchase a cradle swing seat and bench fixing kit for the new playground at Clift Meadow – £472
Agreed unanimously. The items have been ordered and are due for delivery this week. |

n. | To purchase 10 Microsoft Surface tablets and 2-year warranty for same as per the quote from Stone Computers
Agreed unanimously. The items have been ordered and delivered, and are being set up this week. |

o. | It was decided at the meeting on 17th March to suspend public meetings for the foreseeable future (via the adoption and triggering of the HCID policy). Proposal that this decision is rescinded, and that public meetings should resume.

p. | All regular PC meetings for the foreseeable future should be held virtually, until such time as it is deemed safe to resume physical meetings. The tool to be used for virtual meetings is Zoom, and a license for one year should be purchased for £119.90.

q. | To approve the rebuilding of the Bramley Green bus shelter subject to insurance approval of our chosen contractor
Agreed unanimously. The Clerk has authorised the chosen contractor to go ahead – rebuilding should begin in the next week or two. A firm date is awaited. |

r. | To cancel the membership of the HALC HR consultancy service and use the insurer provided rradar service instead
Agreed unanimously. |

s. | Finance for April, May, June, July, and August 2020 (bank statements, payments and reconciliation)
