Residents will be aware that the Stocks Farm planning application for 140 dwellings has been appealed by the developer due to non-determination. Bramley Parish Council has now received details of the appeal, which will be determined by an inquiry.
There has been no date set for the inquiry as yet. However, anyone wishing to submit comments directly to the Planning Inspector must do so by 21st October 2022. Comments can be submitted via the Planning Inspectorate portal, or in writing. If commenting in writing, then three copies should be sent to Mr J Legg, The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN. All correspondence, whether via the portal or in writing, MUST quote the Planning Inspectorate reference APP/H1705/W/22/3302752.
The appeal documents are available for inspection at the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council offices at any time between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and on the Councils website , reference 22/00029/FTD . The appellants grounds of appeal are available to view now, and the Borough Council’s statement of case will be published by 23rd October 2022.
