UPDATE – LAND SOUTH OF SILCHESTER ROAD APPEAL
I am writing to inform you that the appeal hearing for planning application “20/00319/FUL Land south of Silchester Road” has just finished. The Inspector will now deliberate and reach a decision. I, therefore, will not make comment as to the content of the hearing at this time. I will say, however, that the hearing has taken 4 long days to complete and Parish Cllrs Bell, Flooks and myself were in attendance. We availed ourselves of every opportunity, allowed within the strict boundaries of the process, to put Bramley’s case for BDBC’s refusal decision to be upheld. Our comments along with all the written submissions, by residents and the Parish Council, are being taken into account by the Inspector.
We must now await the Inspector’s decision. When we hear more, the Parish Council will update you, although the grapevine may beat us to it. Drums are still quicker than ‘tinternet”!
Keep safe and well during this difficult times.
Tony Durrant – Bramley Parish Council
