2022-23 budget and precept

The Clerk and Chairman presented the 2022-2023 budget (appendix A).  It was proposed by Cllr Durrant and seconded by Cllr Day that the budget should be approved.

Cllr Durant proposed that the precept for 2022-2023 for Bramley Parish Council should be set at £101,475.  This represents a 1.7% decrease on the precept payment per band D property from the current year, as committed to earlier in the year to correct the error in setting this year’s precept.  The precept amount was seconded by Cllr Day and unanimously agreed.  Clerk to submit precept claim to BDBC, and put the agreed budget on the Parish Council website.
