G5 – Leylandii to reduce in height by circa 40%. leaving at a height of circa 6m, T6 – 1 no. Willow, sited within the Leylandii, to reduce lateral limbs over the garden by 5m, back to the 1st fork. T7 – Silver Birch. Fell to lowest level due to it being dead. T8 – Indian Bean, to remove the northern 1st lateral limb at 2m back to the main stem. T9 – 1 no. a. | 20/00319/FUL – Land At Silchester Road Silchester Road Bramley
The inquiry hearing for this appeal is to be held online on 17th November. Details can be found on the Parish Council website. |

6. | Water Issues | |
6.1 | Update on sewerage issues – Cllr Bell was due to meet in Bramley with officers from Thames Water at the end of November, but this has now been postponed until early December due to the current lockdown. Cllr Flooks and Cllr Tomblin will also be attending. | |
7.2 | Update on surface water issues – responses have been received from HCC Highways and BDBC regarding Bramley Brook. HCC Highways are responsible for the culvert only, and last inspected it in April 2020; the judged it did not need attention at that time. The Clerk has written to them to request a new inspection and clearing of the culvert.
BDBC have done some maintenance work in and around the Brook. However, the banks continue to slowly collapse. An update from BDBC is awaited. Clerk to request that when staff come to view that PC representatives are also present. |

7. | Minchens Lane s.106 issues | |
Persimmon are due to submit proposals for new lighting and work on the path at Clift Meadow this week. The Clerk will chase by the end of the week.
The meeting scheduled for late November has been postponed until early November, due to the lockdown. The Clerk and Cllr Durrant continue to chase. |

a. | Local Plan Issues and Options consultation
Responses have been received from some Councillors, and the Clerk is beginning to collate this ready for submission to BDBC. The document will be ready for review before the full council meeting on 17th November. |
